I had ordered for a really fresh pineapple cold cake on 22 may 2021 for my mom's birthday from monginis, rpd branch. I had insisted them to give a really fresh cake and i trusted them to do so. I happily picked the cake from there and headed to celebrate mom's birthday along with other relatives. The cake looked very good, could not wait to eat it. But when i started cutting the cake to distribute, i realised it wasn't fresh.. Then when we all tasted it, it was gue gue, not good at all.. It was a stale cake with a bag taste.. How can a well known brand deceive his customers.. The cake ruined the birthday pleasure.. It was disheartening... Children were asking for cake and we could not give them.. I am writing this complaint so that one should not witness such situation again. Please do the needful. Thank you.
